    Please contact Customer Service before ordering your shoes to inquire about shoe size and cut to make sure the item is a good fit. Please note that prices vary based on shoe size when inquiring.
  • Que faire si je ne vois pas la couleur que je veux ?
    If there is an item that you would like but the color is not currently available, please direct your questions to Customer Service at upliftsoles@yahoo.com. Make sure to ask pertinent questions before purchase to ensure satisfaction upon arrival of item.
  • Que faire si mon colis a été endommagé lors du processus d'expédition ?
    If you receive your item and it appears to be damaged, please contact Customer Service to inquire about possible exchange of your item.

    We at Uplift Soles, LLC highly recommend that you take all precautions and ask questions to ensure the product that you pay for will be the exact item that you want. There is a no refund, no exchange, no return policy. Damages that occur out of the hands of the company and client, Uplift Soles, LLC will at their digression replace or refund on a case-by-case basis.

Make sure you are logged in with the email address in which the card was sent to. Any remaining funds will be displayed after purchase and email sent for update.
